Developing exact quality and classification system to plant improvement and phytopathology with digital image processing

Goals of Project:

• System elaboration support for species, species-groups and varieties qualification, which isn’t comprised by subjective elements or contains such a minimized ones, using digital image-processing system
• Demonstrate the determining species-values at objective and precise level, by partial replacing the conventional bonification method which is based on subjective elements
• Practical application of the qualifying system (potato-ennoblement, potato-tuber qualification and fungal genus and species determination at different area)
• Database development for the automatic analysing (identifying) processes
• Practical implementation of the automatic analysing, qualifying system
• Accurate system adaptation according to the EU and national directives
• Application of the system to the EU qualifying platform
• Pre-examination of the CNN system concerning utilisation of high speed agricultural investigation
• Implementation of the scientific results to the higher education
